About the position: We are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented Field Sales Representative who can contribute to our continued growth in northern Sweden, based in Umeå. In this role, you will be an important part of the sales team in Region North, consisting of Inside Sales Representatives, Technical Advisors, and Field Sales Representatives. Your regional Sales Manager and the rest of the sales team are based in Uppsala and are therefore available remotely. As a Field Sales Representative, your main task will be to develop relationships with both new and existing customers between Sundsvall and Kiruna. You will work independently on deals of varying sizes, where long-term customer relationships are crucial for success. In this role, you will work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer visits to contractors, specifiers, and municipalities.
- Develop and drive business with both new and existing customers.
- Work with the current budget and achieve set goals.
- Actively participate in sales activities and create business opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different parts of the company.
- Represent S:t Eriks at trade fairs and other events.
- Stay updated on the market and report potential business opportunities.
- Establish project agreements.
Personal qualities:
To thrive in the role of Field Sales Representative with us, a natural sense of sales and sustainable business is required. You are driven by meeting customers and finding solutions to their challenges and problems. The key to success is strong self-leadership, responsiveness to customer needs, and the ability to achieve set goals and budgets. Since some customer projects may last for an extended period, persistence and determination are advantageous.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has good communication skills and enjoys building relationships.
- Has experience in sales within construction or industrial companies, preferably in B2B.
- Is business-oriented, self-driven, and accustomed to working towards set goals.
- Enjoys traveling within your sales district and understands the value of quickly visiting customers when needed.
- Is comfortable working with digital tools such as CRM systems.
- It is a merit if you have previously worked with public procurement.
A valid driver's license (B) is required. A company car is included in the position.
Other:
The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Umeå and surrounding areas.
