A car rental agent, or "Rental Sales Agent" is responsible for customer contact, service, and administration. As a Rental Sales Agent at EK Biluthyrning in Skellefteå, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, driving sales, and achieving our goals. You will work both independently and in a team, contributing to our continued growth.

Your daily tasks involve customer contacts, handling customer inquiries, and planning and managing the logistics of the rental and return processes efficiently. Your work also includes cleaning, washing, and other basic car maintenance, where attention to detail is of high importance. Team spirit is crucial to us, and we work closely together to create engagement and satisfaction, as well as to ensure a well-maintained fleet of vehicles and to deliver a truly great customer experience!

We are looking for a service- and goal-oriented person who loves to deliver results. We believe you are someone with good communication skills, self-motivated, responsible, and good at collaborating. Since the pace is often high, you need to be stress-resistant, able to make quick decisions, and love solving problems.

We wish that you have local knowledge to assist our customers with directions and travel information. If you have experience in the car rental industry, we consider it an advantage.

You can easily express yourself in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Holding a B driver's license is a requirement.
