About the Job

This is a direct recruitment where A-Staffing handles interviews and selection, and Unilever hires directly. The position is full-time and needed indefinitely. It is a job that requires shift work and on-call duty. The position is based in Flen.

Job Description

As an industrial electrician, you, along with your team, are responsible for carrying out both emergency and preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure a functioning and efficient production at the factory. The goal is to achieve minimal interruptions and maximized production capacity on the machine lines through safety, quality, and service.

To perform well in this role, you need to have knowledge and experience in reading schematics, troubleshooting/repairing automated control systems, and be accustomed to working in and with maintenance systems. The role also includes ensuring that all electrical equipment and systems comply with applicable standards and regulations.

Education and Certifications

• Electrical and Energy Program with a focus on Automation
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Driver's license B and own car to reach the workplace even during on-call duty

Experience

We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in the profession as an electrician with a focus on industrial/automation.

Personal Qualifications

As a person, you need to be service-oriented and flexible, as well as have a strong safety mindset, good problem-solving skills, and initiative.
