About the company

Fejmert is today part of the Kamet-Röbäcks group, the largest producer of equipment for the concrete industry in the Nordics. Kamet-Röbäcks is a workshop in Umeå with roots dating back to 1880. Today, our workshop spans 3000m2, much larger than the small village blacksmith shop that started it all. We have production in Umeå and Kalajoki, Finland, a service workshop in Nyköping, and sales offices in Oslo.

Our main activity is the manufacturing and marketing of plants and equipment for handling, transporting, dosing, weighing, and mixing various materials. The equipment includes both mobile and stationary factories, plants, and ancillary equipment within the segments of Concrete, Asphalt, and Environment.

About the position

Our customers are located throughout the Nordics, and we currently have over 600 plants around the world. Your work area will primarily extend from Gävle and southward. If interested, you will of course have the opportunity to work in Norway and Denmark as well. You will be responsible for building your own service vehicle, as this is an important part of your work.

Your daily tasks will range from visiting and contacting customers for technical consultation to performing service and installing new components in factory plants for concrete, recycling, and asphalt. In this position, you will create your own daily routine while also being assigned tasks from our Norwegian-led service organization or on-site in Nyköping.

We are looking for someone with experience in taking responsibility and who enjoys not doing the same thing every day. We have virtually no mass production; instead, we tailor most of our work to our customers' situations and needs. If you see craftsmanship as an important part of your work and enjoy being out in the field solving problems, you have probably come to the right place.

This job suits you if you are a friendly person with an interest in technology, problem-solving, and enjoy working with your hands. You are not afraid to get dirty, as it will be hard to avoid in this position.

• Experience with mechanical assembly in the field
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Driver's license B
• Good language skills in English and Swedish
• Experience in the concrete industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of machines, screws, and weighing devices
• Since the job may involve climbing silos, it is important not to be afraid of heights.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Responsible and self-driven person
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems
• Practical with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• A good network and willingness to take charge is a big advantage
• A true "doer" who ensures the job gets done.
