Who are we?

Kungsängsskolan is a newly built primary school (grades F-6) with modern facilities and a strong ambition to create a safe and stimulating environment for both students and staff. Our after-school program plays a central role in this work, and we offer you the opportunity to be part of developing the program.

The school started in new premises in August 2024.

Your responsibilities

You will plan and implement educational activities for children aged 6-12 years. You will create a safe and inspiring environment where children can develop socially, emotionally, and motorically.

The position may also include teaching in subjects such as music, art, or physical education.

Your responsibilities also include being involved in shaping and developing the new after-school program.

You will collaborate with the school's other staff to ensure a holistic view of the children's development. You will document and follow up on the children's learning and development.

The position includes communicating and collaborating with parents and guardians.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a licensed teacher in after-school programs or a leisure educator. You have experience working with children in after-school programs or similar educational activities.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and have a positive attitude. You have a good ability to collaborate and communicate with both children and adults. You are creative and have the ability to create varied and meaningful activities.

You want to be part of shaping a new program and contribute with your ideas and experiences.
