About the position

As a Process Engineer, you will conduct investigations and report results to support projects with new or modified process equipment within chemical processes, including process safety and ATEX installations, for data-driven decisions and strategies.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone with an engineering degree and experience in the chemical process industry, particularly with a focus on ATEX and handling flammable liquids and solvents. You need to have solid knowledge of process safety as well as ATEX EHS (environment, health, safety). Language skills in Swedish and English are a must. Additionally, it is important that you are structured, meticulous, and a good communicator, as well as skilled at gathering information from various sources.

Desirable

It is an advantage if you have a master's degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering. Experience with CAD, 3D modeling, as well as SMART P&IDs and Sitebase is also beneficial. While you must be able to read CAD drawings, it is a bonus if you can work with them independently. The ability to handle technical documents and standards effectively will be seen as a significant plus in the assessment.

Daytime, flexible, on-site.

Immediately/as agreed. The assignment is expected to last until 31/12-25 with a high chance of extension.
