THE TALENT PROGRAM

The Future Talent Program with AFRY aims to provide you as a recent graduate with a great start to your career at AFRY. The program will last for one year, during which you will have the opportunity to combine exciting consulting assignments with training to help you grow as a person and develop your technical skills. You will participate in the program alongside individuals from other locations, allowing you to build an internal network. The program is designed to provide you with both skill development and a sense of community with others in the same phase. You will have the opportunity to develop both your hard skills (e.g., technical knowledge) and soft skills (e.g., self-leadership). The program will also include joint activities and digital coffee breaks with other participants, as well as opportunities to exchange experiences with more senior colleagues within the company.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a junior power engineer at AFRY, you will primarily work with their client Forsmark and be part of a dynamic maintenance team consisting of 8 experienced and dedicated colleagues. Here, you will participate in developing and challenging projects within electrical power, where you may work with testing and instrumentation maintenance ahead of the important reactor revisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for you who want to develop and take the next step in your career. In the long term, there are good opportunities to advance to the role of testing leader. You will be assigned a concrete task at the start of our talent program and gain valuable experience through close collaboration with senior colleagues. The work tasks will vary between working directly at Forsmark and from AFRY's office, providing you with both flexibility and the opportunity to benefit from the expertise of the entire team. YOUR PROFILE

For the role of maintenance engineer, we are primarily looking for a social and driven person who is motivated by the opportunity to develop in your professional role and to have diverse work tasks. You are engaged in what you do and have a strong interest in the business and its development. We believe that you, as an applicant, have a good ability to learn what the job requires, as long as you are flexible and proactive. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability in this recruitment process.

To be considered for the talent program and the position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in electrical power, energy, electrical engineering, or equivalent
• Practical experience working as an operations technician, electrician, or similar (perhaps summer jobs or part-time work)
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B

It is advantageous for the role if you have:

• Studied courses in nuclear power
• An interest in nuclear power
