JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work involves helping users with service and personal care based on implementation plans. The tasks include assisting with various interventions such as personal hygiene, cleaning, laundry, administering medication, performing sample collection, shopping, training, social support, outdoor activities, and more. Documentation is included in the work.

You have significant personal responsibility in your work, which you plan together with your colleagues in your work group. The tasks require you to be very flexible as changes often occur during shifts. You work days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and/or has experience working with elderly people.

You are responsible, have a clear approach, and can work independently. Cooperation with others is an important part of the job, so good collaboration skills are an important trait for those applying to us. You are confident in yourself and feel comfortable working with individuals who have a great need for security, continuity, and structure.

You have computer skills and can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish, as documentation regarding individual health status and important events is part of the job responsibilities.
