About the position:

As a site manager, you will plan and coordinate the work on-site as well as create and maintain good customer relationships and motivated employees. This role is crucial to our success and involves a balance between practical work, administration, and customer contact. Your ability to solve problems, adapt to changes, and achieve results through collaboration and relationship-building is essential.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to lead a new team and is ready to take on an incredibly important role in our establishment in Norrbotten. You are a humble team player with good leadership skills who not only has technical ability but also operational drive. The role requires a high presence on-site and an interest in both people and projects.

Your responsibilities include:

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating our crane and transport services as well as coordinating personnel and machines in the project. You will support and lead the team to ensure the highest performance and delivery while developing and maintaining existing customers. Your role also includes creating and managing customer contacts to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's relationships in the market. Additionally, you will monitor the work environment and safety as well as handle administration and some financial management.

To be considered for the position, you need:

Relevant experience in leadership within one of these areas: mobile crane operations, construction, heavy machinery, or similar.
Experience working in project form and accustomed to flexible working hours.
Good administrative skills.
Basic knowledge of work environment and personnel responsibility, including labor law.
Fluent communication in Swedish and good knowledge of English.
Live in the region and be able to work shifts.

It is advantageous if you:

Have experience working with multiple employers in relevant industries.
Have post-secondary education in technology, economics, personnel, or logistics (YH or similar).
Have experience working in a multicultural and personnel-intensive industry.
Are fearless and resourceful with a strong problem-solving ability.
