Maintenance Technician at AnVa

About the Position

As a maintenance technician at AnVa, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment in production.

You will work with mechanics and technology as well as pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and read and interpret machine drawings to ensure correct installation and maintenance. Furthermore, you will troubleshoot CNC machines and other auxiliary equipment. In this role, you will collaborate with your shift team as well as external partners.

Your main responsibilities as a maintenance technician include:

Preventive and corrective maintenance
Troubleshooting CNC machines and other equipment
Working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems

About You

You already possess knowledge in mechanics and technology and have experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. Experience in pneumatics and hydraulics, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machines, is advantageous but not a strict requirement. We believe you are practically inclined and have a solid interest in technology and mechanics.

As a person, you have the willingness and ability to learn new things. You are structured and methodical, which is reflected in your planned approach to work. In your role, you ensure traceability through reporting in systems and to colleagues in other shifts. You are cooperative, work towards common goals, and help where needed for the group to succeed. Furthermore, you are results-oriented and quickly adapt your behavior to achieve goals, handle difficulties, and solve problems. Since the position involves internal and external collaboration, you are also service-oriented and helpful towards others.
