ABOUT THE POSITION

As a supervisor, you will work closely with the project manager, project engineers, and other key personnel in the project. You will work on-site in Boden together with about 15 other colleagues from the same company. You will be involved in the project's development through various phases, with opportunities to grow and develop in line with the project's progress. The job is a full-time position during the day, with a rotating schedule where you work 7 days in a row followed by 7 days off.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and verifications of completed work
• Coordination between various subcontractors in all areas, construction, work environment, etc.
• Administer various systems
• Plan and control work preparations, risk assessments, and self-checks
• Ensure that necessary aids are available on-site, such as barriers, lighting, etc.
• Participate in internal and external meetings

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience working in a similar role in the construction industry
• Is proficient in both Swedish and English as these languages are used daily
• Holds a B driver's license and has a car to get to the workplace

It is an advantage if you have:

• Several years of experience in construction and/or project management
• Experience in steel/concrete construction

We also consider it an advantage if you live in or have connections to Luleå/Boden as the need is immediate.
