We are looking for earthworks and construction workers to strengthen our team during the peak season of 2025. With us, you will become an important part of a family-oriented company with short decision-making paths and a corporate culture where our employees are our greatest asset.

About the position

As an earthworks and construction worker at NYAB, you will have a varied everyday life where you work on interesting projects for our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Excavation work for foundations
• Paving
• Adjustment for asphalting
• Water and sewage work

The work is mainly outdoors, and the projects vary in scope. To make your everyday life smooth, you will have access to a company car and primarily work daytime, Mon-Fri from 07:00 to 16:00. Weekend and evening work may occur if necessary.

You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure that you receive thorough onboarding and quickly integrate into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The peak season runs from May to November 2025, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

We are looking for someone who

We believe that your commitment and drive are the most important factors for thriving and succeeding with us. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating but is also comfortable working independently when required.

To be considered for the role, we see that you:

• Have a B driver's license
• Master Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience or education in earthworks/construction, such as water and sewage work, paving, or stone laying
• Experience in reading drawings
• Certificates for Work on the Road and/or Safe Construction are advantageous; otherwise, these trainings are well provided on-site at NYAB.
