About the role

As a Site Manager for Earthworks at HÖ Allbygg, you will play a central role in our earthworks and civil engineering projects. You will work together with the Site Manager and skilled workers to plan, coordinate, and drive the project forward. Depending on the scope of the assignment, you may also be responsible for smaller to medium-sized projects. You ensure that the work is carried out to the highest standard and play an important role in ensuring quality and safety in the workplace.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate earthworks and civil engineering tasks
• Support and motivate the work team
• Ensure high quality and a safe working environment
• Maintain good relationships with clients and partners
• Follow up on timelines and project progress

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in earthworks and civil engineering. You are a structured and clear leader who enjoys making decisions and driving projects forward. Having control and creating order comes naturally to you, and you have a good ability to communicate and collaborate.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Swedish spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills
