About the Company:

Nåiden is a well-established company in the construction and civil engineering industry with over 50 years of experience. We are now looking for dedicated Site Managers for earthworks who want to lead our projects to success.

Responsibilities:

Plan, lead, and follow up on earthworks at construction sites.
Ensure that work is carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Coordinate and lead the work team and subcontractors.
Ensure workplace safety and environmental conditions.
Report project progress to the site manager.

Location:

Kiruna, Luleå, Skellefteå, and Umeå.

Qualifications:

Experience in the earthworks and civil engineering industry.
Experience as a site manager or in a similar role is an advantage.
Good skills in reading and interpreting drawings and technical descriptions.
Strong leadership abilities and good communication skills.
Driver's license (B) is required.
