About the position

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting for 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a meticulous and driven project engineer who will lead and coordinate residential construction projects – from idea to finished building. You will be an important link between various parties such as property owners, designers, construction companies, and authorities.

Your job is to plan, follow up, and ensure that the project adheres to both the timeline and budget. You are responsible for the entire process – from design, permits, and procurement to construction and completion. You will also write reports, follow regulations and safety requirements, provide technical support, and ensure that all documents are up to date. Additionally, you will lead meetings, conduct site visits, and ensure that everything is built according to plan and quality requirements.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related field)
• 2–5 years of experience in project design or a related role
• Strong knowledge of project management and tools
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Swedish construction industry contract standards AB 05 and ABT 06.
• PMP certification is a plus (but not required).
• Proficiency in Swedish and English

To succeed in this role, you need to be structured and meticulous with a good ability to plan and follow up on complex processes. You should be responsible and self-driven, while also having strong collaborative skills as the work involves close coordination with many different parties. Since you lead projects from start to finish, a holistic view, good organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously are required. You should also be communicative, both verbally and in writing, as you will lead meetings, write reports, and document continuously. Problem-solving ability, technical understanding, and an eye for detail are also important qualities, especially during inspections and when technical challenges arise. Following regulations and safety requirements is a given for you, and you have a proactive approach to act quickly in response to changes in the project's progress.
