About Me:

I am a lively and cheerful 16-year-old girl. I have a significant mobility impairment, but I want to experience everything that other 16-year-old girls want to do! I live with my family in Gustavsberg in Nacka/Värmdö. I am a smart, quick-witted, and playful girl who enjoys when things are happening. Now we need to expand our team a bit and are looking for a responsive and cheerful personal assistant who wants to do fun things together with me!

The work is scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and/or full days on weekends.

About You:

You will function as a “helper engine” to provide me with stimulation, motivation, and structure during the days/evenings. Alternative communication is a focus for me, and you as an assistant will have the opportunity to be involved in the development of that work. Training is a part of my daily life, and the job involves some lifting and transfers between different aids. Therefore, it is important that you are not afraid to physically engage when needed.

Experience with alternative communication (Bliss or Tobii) and experience with conductive pedagogy is meritorious but not a requirement. The greatest value we place is on interest and engagement. Personal suitability is crucial.

About the Position:

Initially, you will be employed as needed and will work according to agreement, but the goal is for you to be able to move into your own permanent position shortly. The position is planned to be up to 90%.

Since we travel a lot, especially during the summer, we need someone who is eager to travel with us. In the summer, it often involves trips to France, and in the winter, it could be to the mountains. This means, of course, that there is a chance for a lot of work during the summer and winter each year!
