About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting over the summer. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia.
The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. For those of you who are new to the job market, consulting assignments are a great way to test different tasks, make contacts, and build a competitive CV.

Job responsibilities
As an order administrator, you will work with order placement and registration in multiple systems. You will solve and manage a wide variety of orders for private customers. You will also handle misregistrations and deviations, where your task is to ensure that the case is resolved and that relevant parties are informed. The role includes contact with both your colleagues and customers. You belong to a department with new and experienced colleagues in the same role, and together you work to find good solutions and ensure satisfied customers.
In the first weeks of your employment, you will be offered an introduction and training. After that, you will have continuous dialogue with your immediate manager at Telia and Bravura. You will receive support in your daily work to take the next step in your development and gain knowledge in additional areas of expertise.
• Administer orders, misregistrations, and deviations
• Support cases via phone and chat
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer needs
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Completed high school education
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Experience in administration/customer service is an advantage
In the role of order administrator, it is important that you show great commitment to providing good service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You have a good ability to communicate verbally and in writing as you handle many different contact points. The role requires you to take initiative and have the ability to adapt to different situations and varying tasks. You are part of a team where it is important to care for each other, therefore we see that you are a team player who thrives in collaboration with others.
