What are we looking for?

We are looking for a new colleague for our technical customer support at our newly opened office in Luleå. The role of technical customer support involves assisting our customers with everything from basic handling support to deeper troubleshooting of our products and services. Cases come in via phone and email and are managed in our case management system. The role also includes assisting as needed in our repair department where submitted products are repaired.

Who are you?

You have a great interest in technology and service and a drive to learn new things. To succeed in the role of technical customer support, you are a problem solver, service-minded, and possess good communication skills. You are meticulous and empathetic in your interactions with customers. New systems are not a challenge for you as your computer skills are high. Experience in technology and customer service is an advantage. Good verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English are required for the role. If this is you, apply now!

Working hours are during office hours (Monday – Friday). On-call duty outside office hours may occur.
