The Role of Chief Physician - a Mission that Makes a Difference

As Chief Physician, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring our physicians together with the operations manager.
• Staff planning, development, and recruitment of physicians.
• Ensuring a safe and high-quality educational environment for all physicians at the clinic.
• Contributing to patient-safe and efficient care in close collaboration with section responsible physicians and unit managers.

You will also be part of the management team, where you will help shape both the current and future development of the clinic.

Our four care units, as well as outpatient care, day care, and dialysis, handle everything from stroke care to endocrinology, gastroenterology, geriatrics, hematology, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, and nephrology – a broad spectrum of specialties that makes each day both developing and rewarding.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who is a specialist physician in internal medicine or a related specialty. Perhaps you already have leadership experience, or you feel that this is your chance to grow in a role where you can combine your passion for medicine with a strong commitment to people.
