About the position

In the role of Security Protection Coordinator within security protection, you have the overall local responsibility for security protection, with support from our central security protection organization.

This is a broad role where you will have a supportive, advisory, and educational role within all areas of security protection (information security, personnel security, and physical security). You will have a supervisory role for an engaged and knowledgeable team of security protection officers and will also work closely with managers and employees in the organization, providing support in security protection planning, threat assessment, emergency planning, and personnel security.

You will also be responsible for developing and conducting training in the area. Furthermore, you will work to ensure that government regulations, laws, and ordinances are followed in the organization, for example, through internal controls. The role also includes contributing to the development of the organization's security protection work.

About you

We are looking for someone who has completed post-secondary education or has equivalent skills acquired in another way that we consider equivalent. You also have completed security protection manager training or experience in security-related activities that we deem equivalent. Furthermore, you have several years of broad and current experience working with security protection issues and working in an organization with high demands for integrity and security awareness. The position also requires good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You also need to have a good technical understanding. A driver's license is also a requirement.

It is advantageous if you are educated in law, project management, investigative work, or auditing (which includes planning, investigation, and interview techniques). Previous experience working in both the public sector and private sector is also a plus. We also view positively if you have previously worked in project form, in a supervisory role, and have experience in conducting training.
