The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the position

• Ensure a safe, qualitative, and efficient construction site.
• Management, scheduling, financial monitoring, as well as documentation and reporting.
• You will work closely with the construction team, the client, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.

The position is full-time with a permanent contract and planned start as new projects are confirmed during the spring and summer.

We are looking for someone who has

• Competence in earthworks and civil engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry
• Experience interpreting AMA and AF parts
• Bas U / Bas P
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B
• Lives in the vicinity / has no problem driving to Jokkmokk.

Meritorious

• Fluent English in speech and writing
