Your next challenge

As a service advisor, you are our face to the outside world and an important link to our customers. Your main tasks are to book customers for service and repairs. You work actively and engaged to ensure our customers are satisfied with how we solve their problems. Offering our ancillary services with a customer focus is an important part of your daily work. Furthermore, you answer the phone, receive and hand over cars, provide price information, create job estimates, respond to quote requests, and handle insurance issues. You maintain contact with the customer during the workshop visit to inform them about what needs to be addressed on the car and, if necessary, act as customer support and provide guidance on any technical questions.

Who are you?

We believe that you, as an applicant, have;

• Several years of experience in customer-focused operations.
• Approved secondary education.
• The job requires good computer skills.
• Easy to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B (manual transmission).
• If you have previously worked in the systems ELSA and Automaster, it is an advantage.

To thrive as a service advisor, you need to enjoy working with positive engagement and energy towards customers, in a sometimes fast-paced environment. This requires a high level of service awareness and good communication skills. If you have an interest in cars and technology or are generally curious to learn, we believe you will find it easier to understand the operations and assist our customers through their workshop visits effectively. It is important for this position that you are proactive, structured, positive, and flexible regarding various tasks. It is also important that you have good collaboration skills as we are a team that works closely together. You need to be able to independently organize your daily work, with a constant focus on high quality.
