Job Description

You will be one of the clinic's junior doctors. Advice and support are provided by colleagues at the clinic. Patients with lung diseases often have chronic severe conditions with longer care contacts at the clinic. Currently, there is much development in the field of pulmonology for the benefit of patients.

During your service with us, you will primarily work as a junior doctor in inpatient care, often on a weekly placement. Work as support on the ward during the day is included on certain weekends.

Other tasks may be included after more introduction: Follow-up visits for patients with, for example, COPD, sarcoidosis, previously treated lung cancer but now under follow-up. New visits at our investigation unit for history taking, status, and gathering information for investigation, for example, with bronchoscopy.

About You

You have a medical degree, or possibly a planned study break, but have completed approved exams up to and including semester 9. You may also have completed your residency and want to try our specialty.

As a person, you find it easy to collaborate and communicate with others. You are calm and stable and have good self-awareness. Since you work in dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other organizations, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language both in speech and writing.
