About the Role

As a district nurse at Ideal Bemanning, you will:

• Be responsible for and carry out health and medical care interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).
• Independently assess, plan, and implement medical interventions focusing on primary care and preventive health.
• Prescribe aids and certain medications according to prescribing rights.
• Work health-promoting and support patients in self-care through advice and education.
• Collaborate with other professionals such as doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Document and follow up on care interventions according to current guidelines and legal requirements.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse with further education as a district nurse.
• Has a genuine commitment to supporting and helping others.
• Is confident in your profession and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Has good communication skills and an empathetic approach.
• Previous experience in primary care, home care, or municipal care is an advantage but not a requirement.
