Addstruction AB is a small contracting company operating throughout the Stockholm area. Our projects are varied with a focus on ground works such as drainage, house foundations, retaining walls/paving, cable trenches, water/sewage installations, snow removal, and site planning, among others. Our clients are a combination of private individuals, housing associations, and other companies. We stand out by prioritizing good customer relationships and a professional approach. The company is growing, and we are receiving more and more inquiries; we are now looking for an experienced construction worker who wants to be part of our development. We are also looking for someone who is qualified to drive a truck.

We are unionized through the machine operator agreement and SEKO.

We strive to assemble flexible workgroups with operators and personnel outside the machine, which means you will learn to handle dump trucks, wheel loaders, and excavators. This is to ensure that we can interchange roles and have challenging, productive, and enjoyable workdays.

As a Construction Worker with us, you will among other things:

• Transport materials such as soil and gravel, as well as machine transports and sometimes asphalt. Mostly transports to the company's own projects but occasionally externally.
• Perform standard tasks for a construction worker, including:
  • Rough and fine grading of plots, excavation and installation of water/sewage
  • House foundations, slab on grade, pier foundations, drainage, house drainage
  • Paving, walls, curbs, L-supports, stairs

You will mostly work in teams, but in some situations, you will also work independently.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the profession
• Good physical condition
• Have a C driver's license
• YKB
• Good spoken and written Swedish skills

Meritorious if you have:

• Crane experience and crane certification.
• Experience in construction and/or civil engineering work.
• CE certification.

Other: Start: Immediately Working hours: 7-16 with some flexibility Location: Southern Stockholm Employment form: full-time, starting with a 6-month probationary period that then transitions into a permanent position. We offer competitive salaries and benefits such as wellness grants.
