Krontallen Fastigheter AB is responsible for the maintenance and operation of a large number of properties in the Gävle & Sandviken area. This means being responsible for planning and maintaining both the properties and gardens, as well as providing cleaning services for these properties and for other companies and individuals.

As a team leader, you will lead the operations together with your team, which consists of about 5 people, and be active in the delivery. You work with several clients and ensure that the team's focus is always on delivering the highest quality efficiently.

What you will be working on:

- Plan, assign & actively participate in the daily tasks of the workgroup for smooth daily operations.

- Together with the CEO, plan the maintenance of properties and their gardens.

- Be responsible for furnishing new rental accommodations.

- Maintain agreed & established quality and service level towards the customer.

- Handle feedback & complaints quickly and accurately.

- Manage feedback and ideas to continuously improve delivery.

- Welcome and train new employees.

We see that you have:

- Experience in leadership, planning, and administrative work.

- Experience in service/care work.

- Extra merit if you have experience in cleaning/property services.

- Good computer skills.

- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.

- A valid driver's license (B).

About the position:

- Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months.

- Employment rate: Full-time.

- Working hours: Daytime weekdays, some on-call response may be required.

- Start date: Immediately or according to agreement.

- 2 references will be required.
