We have over 700 apartments in a belt from Laxå municipality in the southwest to Bergsjö municipality in Hälsingland in the northeast. For us, it is a given to maintain a high standard in everything we do for our tenants, and our goal is to become one of Sweden's best landlords.

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented person to support our team and properties as a caretaker. You will be an important part of our operations and contribute to the well-being of our tenants.

Responsibilities:

o Responsible for communication with our tenants and handling phone and email for information and maintenance requests.

o Responsible for communication with our property managers and coordinating property-related matters and follow-ups.

o Respond to phone and email inquiries from tenants and external parties.

o Organize and participate in meetings and events.

o Handle daily administrative tasks, such as documentation and archiving.

Qualifications:

o Relevant education in customer service, administration, or similar.

o Good social skills and preferably experience in customer contact.

o Good computer skills, primarily within the MS Office suite. AB-Hem mainly uses Apple, but Windows is also acceptable.

o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
