Alltime Sweden is growing in Nyköping and is therefore looking for property technicians.

Alltime Sweden works with qualitative property management and property services where customers' needs and wishes are to be met with more than expected.

Our customers should feel more than satisfied, and therefore we always do a little more than what is expected of us. We are skilled in electricity, heating, sanitation, HVAC, ventilation, control and regulation technology, construction services, and project management.

Alltime Sweden operates from Kiruna in the north to Trelleborg in the south. We manage the technical administration of our customers' properties. The group generates nearly 350 million in revenue through Alltime Sweden AB, FastighetsCompetens i Norrland AB, and Alltime Stockholm AB, with good results. Job Responsibilities

With us, you will work with property management, maintenance, and repairs. Our customers are larger property companies and housing associations, which means that the type of assignments and scope vary.

Job responsibilities include:

• Round inspections and internal and external maintenance of properties,
• Function testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance within ventilation, electricity, plumbing, and construction,
• Contact with customers and suppliers,
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and ventilation.

Education/Experience

You are currently working as an operations technician, ventilation technician, electrician, plumbing installer, carpenter, property technician, or in similar roles. We prefer that you have relevant education in the field and a few years of experience in your profession.

A valid driver's license (B) is required. All reporting is done on a computer and mobile device, so experience with computerized reporting programs is desirable.
