About the Position

Your task will be to actively be by the customer's side throughout your work shift. You need to be confident in your role and attentive. It is important that you can collaborate easily as you will always work alongside a colleague. You should be responsive to the customer's needs and able to take responsibility. You should be creative and resourceful, able to play games and engage our customer in age-appropriate activities.

Our customer is a nearly 2-year-old boy who is a cheerful little guy, active according to his own abilities, and loves cars. Since lifting is part of the job, it is important that you are physically fit.

Job Responsibilities

• Tracheostomy
• Inhalations
• Hygiene
• Assistance during meals
• Personal care
• Play and engage
• Transfers
• Medication management

Rolling schedule, with varying hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Tracheostomy experience
• Experience with both physical and cognitive disabilities
• Experience as a personal assistant

Requirements

• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Non-smoker

Personal suitability and caregiving experience will weigh the heaviest.
