Triggerfish and Awave are joining forces to create a future digital agency under the iO flag. With a strong presence in web and digital solutions, we are now looking for you – a business-driven web project manager with client responsibility – who wants to be part of our continued journey.

About the role:

We are looking for someone who is both creative and structured – a project manager with business acumen and technical understanding who wants to help our clients develop their digital presence. With us, you will have a central role in one of our client teams, where you will be involved from the first contact with the client to final delivery and further business development. You will be responsible for existing long-term clients as well as new ones in both smaller and larger projects. You will act as an important link between the client, developers, designers, strategists, and ensure that all projects are driven forward with structure and clarity. Even though the role involves a lot of responsibility, you are never alone. We collaborate closely across departments to optimize both our work and the client’s experience.

We are looking for someone who…

… is an experienced project manager from the agency world with a passion for web, technology, and client relationships. You navigate confidently in a changing environment and see opportunities in every challenge. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• 7+ years of experience in digital project management (preferably with an agile focus)

• Previous experience at a web, advertising, digital agency, or consultancy

• Experience in driving complex and multifaceted projects

• Experience in working with requirements specification, estimation, quoting, as well as managing budgets and invoicing

• Good technical understanding/knowledge brings you closer to the job

• Strategic understanding of UX, technology, and business development

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Knowledge of WordPress, Optimizely, or .NET is a plus

• Residing in Stockholm, and working part of the week in the office
