Job Information
Our German customer service department now needs reinforcement to constantly provide the absolute best service and always exceed our customers' expectations. We are looking for someone who is driven to work goal-oriented with the customer in focus. You are a good communicator and together with our wonderful German team, you work solution-oriented to best assist our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Swedish & German customers via phone, email, and social media in German
- Handle returns and complaints
- Be involved in creating routines within service and developing the department
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and Swedish
- Experienced in customer interaction and service roles, preferably in customer service
- Very good computer skills and quick to learn new business and customer care systems
