JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a recreational pedagogue in Boden Municipality, you are responsible for ensuring that the teaching at the recreational center is conducted in accordance with the goals of the curriculum. Each member of the work team should promote all students' development and learning and offer each student safe care. Relevant tasks may include:

• planning, implementing, and evaluating activities at the recreational center based on the curriculum
• being a resource in class or for an individual student during school hours
• planning and conducting break activities
• working to promote all students' learning and safety
• developing the operations together with others

As a recreational pedagogue, you are expected to collaborate with other staff at the school, as this collaboration is important for enriching students' learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for you who are a trained recreational pedagogue or a teacher with a focus on recreational centers. You who have 60 higher education credits in pedagogy or equivalent are also welcome to apply for this position. You who are a trained recreational pedagogue/teacher at the recreational center will be employed in the position of recreational pedagogue and will be responsible for teaching at the recreational center. You who have 60 higher education credits in pedagogy or equivalent will be employed in the position of resource pedagogue at the recreational center.

As a recreational pedagogue/teacher at the recreational center, you have good pedagogical insights into children's differences, and you are also well acquainted with the school's and recreational center's governing documents and systematic quality work.

We are looking for someone who is clear and has good collaboration skills with a willingness to share your knowledge and experiences. You have a good ability to create good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians. You take advantage of students' interests and further develop them through both practical and theoretical work throughout the student's entire day.
