ABOUT THE POSITION

VRA performs ventilation and plumbing contracts throughout Stockholm and Mälardalen. They combine the drive and entrepreneurial spirit of a small company with the knowledge and experience from everything from small to large complicated projects. You can read more about their projects here. With continued growth, they are now looking for another junior HVAC designer. You will be part of a cheerful team with good cohesion that enjoys working together. VRA has an office in Solna Strand where you will also be working from.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As a designer at VRA, you will have a broad role where you will work throughout the entire process. Initially, you will be drawing existing systems and learning CAD and the programs that VRA uses. You will then gradually create drawings for new projects. In your work, you will have daily contact with several different professional groups such as architects and engineers, project managers, and lead designers. Furthermore, you will work with:

Design and calculations of energy technology installations such as heating, cooling, ventilation, and sanitation
Investigations and energy optimizations of existing and upcoming properties and industries
Technical documentation

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a relevant education in HVAC or similar
Has a strong interest in technology and a desire to develop in the field
Basic knowledge of Excel
Excellent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

Previous work experience in a relevant field such as an installer
Previous experience with CAD, HVAC, heat pumps, or similar
We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and consider it particularly important that you have good collaboration skills, are structured, responsible, and results-oriented
