Are you a technical problem solver with a keen eye for efficiency? As a Production Engineer at Together Tech, you will play a central role in supporting production, improving work processes, and ensuring that manufacturing is both efficient and high-quality in various exciting assignments with our clients!

With us, you will be a key player in our clients' development projects, where you collaborate closely with both design and production. You will review and quality assure design documentation, ensure manufacturability, and optimize production flows. An important part of your work is to establish and update work instructions, such as assembly instructions and operation lists, to create clear and efficient work processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring the availability of tools and equipment is optimal, enabling smooth and error-free production.

Your main responsibilities

• Support production and improve work processes.
• Review and specify design documentation from a manufacturability perspective.
• Establish, update, and quality assure assembly instructions.
• Follow up and quality assure manufacturing preparations and processes.
• Drive improvement work, implement and industrialize new processes.

Your technical background

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in data, electronics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a production engineer or designer, preferably within the aerospace industry or industrial manufacturing.
• Good communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English.
• Experience with CAD programs and electrical knowledge is an advantage.

Some of our assignments are in security-classified areas, and for these, a security clearance is required before you can start the assignment. Swedish citizenship is required for security-classified areas.
