About the assignment Our client is looking for a skilled sub-project manager for the purchasing operations within the Dynamics business area. In this role, you will be an important link between projects, purchasing strategy, and the supply chain – with both operational and strategic responsibilities. You will work closely with development and production projects and contribute to ensuring competitive business deals.

Main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for commercial issues in projects and programs, including evaluating the competitiveness of the supplier portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing strategy, policies, and processes.
• Act as project manager for a product category towards business units and the project organization.
• Analyze technical and commercial terms and develop purchasing strategies.
• Participate in tender work and calculations.
• Coordinate purchasing-related issues internally within the organization.

The work takes place in a dynamic environment with ample room for initiative and personal development. Travel both within Sweden and internationally may occur as part of the assignment.

Requirements profile To succeed in this assignment, we see that you have:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in strategic purchasing and/or project management.
• A university degree in engineering or economics, or equivalent documented experience.
• Good technical understanding and business analytical skills.
• The ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• A communicative, structured, and solution-oriented personality.
