Your Role

As an industrialization engineer, you will belong to the newly created group Production Engineering Preparation Malmslätt, which consists of measurement technicians, production preparers, CAM preparers, and industrialization engineers. In the role of industrialization engineer, you will lead the production technical development and coordinate cross-functional teams that develop the maturity level of our production systems.

In your role, you will:

  • Analyze the maturity level and efficiency of the production system.
  • Plan the overall industrialization work.
  • Identify which competencies need to be included in the industrialization work.
  • Be responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts forward.
  • Report progress to project and production management.

You will have close contact with operators, production technicians, and quality.

Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00 with the possibility of flexibility.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have experience in industrialization or project management.

  • You have an engineering degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • You have documented experience in leading or participating in larger industrialization projects.
  • It is advantageous if you have experience in one or more of our various IT environments, especially IFS, Antura, Delmia, and Avix.
  • You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, if applicable, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
