ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is seeking a part-time Office & Marketing Coordinator for Trivector. In this role, you will have an important part in the company to ensure a pleasant office environment for employees. You will collaborate with two other Office Coordinators in Stockholm and Lund, so you will be in safe hands. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing manager located in Lund.

This assignment involves work for about 2-3 days a week. You are expected to be able to work Monday mornings and Thursday afternoons as you will prepare the Monday breakfast and the afternoon snack, with some flexibility. Besides these two days, you can freely decide which days fit your schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

In the role of Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office premises are well-maintained and support with various tasks. For example, you will be responsible for:

• Purchasing office supplies, such as ordering coffee
• Booking lunches, dinners, and hotels in the company's system
• Keeping the kitchen tidy, unloading the dishwasher, etc.
• Mail handling, receiving mail, and sending mail to the headquarters in Lund
• Assisting the regional manager with various tasks such as contacts with alarm companies, ventilation, bicycle service, etc.

In the role of Marketing Coordinator, you will support their marketing manager. For example, you will:

• Project manage events, seminars, and fairs
• Handle the distribution of marketing materials to the company's clients
• Create relevant posts for the various social channels the company is present on
• Other relevant operational tasks that marketing managers need assistance with

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying a post-secondary education in marketing and has at least one year left of your studies
• Has fluent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite/Excel
• Can work Monday mornings and Thursday afternoons, considering mandatory components in your education
• Has previous experience in service work

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience working in customer-facing roles
• Experience working with the phone as your primary working tool
• Previous experience in digital marketing
