Ödenäs School

Ödenäs School is located in the southern part of Alingsås municipality and has about 50 students up to grade 6. The school's educators closely collaborate with educators at Hemsjö School as both schools share the same principal and staff within the student health team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role, you will teach in the middle school in a mixed-age group and you will also have mentoring responsibilities. We expect you to contribute your knowledge to the school's collegial learning and together with your colleagues create conditions for our students to reach as far as possible based on their circumstances and needs.

You will work in the school's work team and be responsible for students' well-being and learning. You take responsibility for the assignment and are secure and clear in your leadership role. You have a solution-focused working method, great flexibility, and start from a student perspective.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified middle school teacher, preferably with broad subject competence.

We also see that you are a curious person who wants to collaborate and create good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You take responsibility for the entire assignment and have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and at the same time clear. You are also skilled at adapting teaching and engaging for each student's optimal development.
