About the Job

We are now looking for a nursing assistant for a temporary position at the emergency department in Karlshamn.

Your tasks will be very varied, including assessment and reception work. The tasks will primarily involve patient care, monitoring using surveillance equipment, sample collection, sterile preparation, and assisting nurses/doctors.

We apply individual activity-based scheduling with rotation shifts, including night shifts. Monthly salary according to collective agreement. Region Blekinge applies individual and differentiated salary setting.

Region Blekinge places all permanent employees in a crisis position. Some of our positions are security classified, where the employee must undergo a security screening interview and background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).

About You

We are looking for nursing assistants with experience in emergency care and/or specialized training in emergency care, which is an advantage. You should have good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and be flexible and responsible in your tasks. You should thrive with changes in pace and find it stimulating and varied.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
