Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are now looking for a positive assistant for a woman living in central Uppsala. She is wheelchair-bound but can walk short distances with a walker and needs help in her daily life with various tasks, which she will communicate herself.

The job involves, in addition to regular tasks such as assistance with meals, hygiene, and cleaning, accompanying her to various activities.

We are looking for someone who wants to be a substitute and is a bit flexible, able to step in occasionally during sickness/vacation. The shifts are usually evening shifts from 16:00 to 22:00, but sometimes during the day, and you need to be able to work weekends as well. There is also the possibility to work with multiple clients if you want to increase your hours. A small fixed schedule may be possible for the right person, primarily evening shifts.
