Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with the client to create personalized assistance. We work closely with the client and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

A waking night shift is offered at approximately 83% for a boy outside Uppsala.

We are looking for someone who loves working with children, has a childlike spirit, and wants to be an important part of someone's life.

We place great importance on personal suitability, and key qualities include being attentive with the ability to read situations, being creative, and responsible. To thrive in the role, you should be able to work independently and have good initiative. The job involves being the boy's support in all daily situations, as he has significant care needs.

Introductory shifts will be offered so that you can feel secure in your work.

Working hours are nights, from 21:00 to 07:00, 3 weekday nights a week. We are primarily looking for a permanent female assistant.
