At Region Norrbotten's assistive technology service, we work long-term to provide healthcare with the right and safe equipment. There is close collaboration with the various departments of the organization to deliver high-quality solutions and medical technology products in the best possible way. We are looking for
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma focused on vehicles, electrical engineering, or industry. A B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are requirements for the position. It is an advantage if you have experience working with work order systems and/or experience in service, maintenance, and repairs.
We place great importance on personal qualities. We are looking for a person with good teamwork skills who can work effectively with others, while also being self-driven and taking initiative when needed. You are structured in your work approach and have a strong service-oriented attitude, which means you always strive to provide the best possible service. Furthermore, you have good problem-solving skills and handle challenges in a solution-oriented way.
What you will work with
As an assistive technology technician, your main tasks will be to be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repairs of the wide range of assistive devices available in our assortment. The work takes place in the organization's premises. The assistive technology service is tasked with providing good and efficient assistive device supply so that patients have equal access to functional and adequate assistive devices throughout the county. Collaboration on assistive technology issues should also provide an efficient supply of high-quality assistive devices.
The work takes place in the patient's own home or at a healthcare facility.

Information about the position
We offer a summer position during the holiday periods of 2025.
The position is full-time, daytime hours. Start date according to agreement.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
