IES Bromma is a school for grades 4-9 with 945 students and 100 staff members. We are a bilingual school that follows the Swedish curriculum. We are currently looking for certified teachers in English for grades 7-9.

We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable teachers who are committed to bringing English to life as a subject. We value creativity in your approach and are looking for teachers with a particular interest in Shakespeare, drama, or interdisciplinary work between English and social studies. You are accustomed to integrating literature, drama, and other subjects into your teaching. You are engaged in your subject and driven to challenge all students, regardless of background, to do their very best.

You have the tools to create a good study environment in the classroom, and your clear leadership and teaching style contribute to good goal fulfillment. You are able to differentiate your teaching to reach students in need of adjustments and support, in collaboration with our student health team and special educators. Ongoing feedback to students and guardians regarding progress and areas for development is a given, and you allow it to take space in your teaching. As a teacher, you are flexible and easy to collaborate with. We wish for you to see the whole picture in the student's learning and value good relationships with both your students and colleagues. Mentorship will be part of the responsibilities.
