As a nurse in home care:

• you will assess, plan, organize, and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions.
• you will collaborate in teams both internally and externally to meet patients' nursing needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to continue developing home care into a learning organization. It is advantageous if you have a specialist education relevant to our operations. If you have experience working as a nurse, we view that positively, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates. A valid driver's license (B) is required as we drive to our patients.

You are both communicative and clear, and you easily listen and adapt your communication style while ensuring that your messages are conveyed correctly. You have an open and positive attitude, show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role, and have the patient's needs as the starting point for your actions. You are good at structuring, planning, and prioritizing your work and seeing issues from a broader perspective. You take initiative and start activities to achieve results while having good collaboration skills and relating to others in a responsive and smooth manner. We place great importance on personal qualities.
