District Nurse at Ersboda Health Center

The Primary Care Area North consists of Ersboda, Mariehem, Sävar, and Robertsfors health centers. This position is based at Ersboda Health Center, but work at other health centers may occur. Ersboda Health Center is characterized by a forward-thinking attitude, competent staff, and a strong interest in development and change work. The work environment is a prioritized area.

We are now looking for a district nurse for Ersboda Health Center!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a district nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel safe. You meet and care for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly in both planned, acute, and self-referral consultations. The work is varied, including counseling, conversations, follow-ups, and other health-promoting activities.

As a district nurse, you will triage, assess, and treat patients both independently and in a team. The work varies between outpatient care, both acute and planned, telephone counseling, specialized consultations, and digital healthcare contacts.

Together, we actively work to develop methods that promote patient safety, accessibility, and a good work environment.

The work also includes some evenings and weekends per term, as we help staff the primary care emergency service.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained district nurse. Experience in primary care is an advantage.

We seek someone who enjoys working in a team but also has the ability to work independently. You have a flexible working style and can handle varying workloads. Additionally, you are engaged and take responsibility for your work. You are attracted to improvement work and have a solution-oriented approach.
