The Skellefteå Primary Care Area includes the Emergency Department, Medicine and Geriatric Clinic, Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatric Clinic, 1177, and Primary Care in Skellefteå and Norsjö. Together, these units aim to provide good and close care. Ursviken Health Center is one of four health centers in the northern area of Skellefteå primary care. The other units in the northern area are Byske, Kåge, and Morö Backe health centers, with which we have close collaboration.

Ursviken Health Center is located about 15 km outside Skellefteå city center in new, fresh facilities. We have good bus connections to the center, and a stone's throw from our premises, you will find the bus stop.

We are a well-functioning health center characterized by an open work climate and joy at work, where employees enjoy their jobs and their colleagues. The unit has over 25 employees who work closely together, regardless of professional category, and we welcome new ideas, have a positive spirit, and always support each other. Work at the health center means daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel seen and secure.

You will meet children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly and work with assessment, treatment, and advice regarding issues related to the musculoskeletal system, mental health, lifestyle habits, and various medical conditions. The job includes group activities and patient schools. Together with your future colleagues, we support and help each other and strive for an open climate.

As a rehabilitation coordinator, you provide individual support in the sick leave process and act as the spider in the web for long-term sick leave cases in relation to other authorities such as the Social Insurance Agency, Employment Agency, and social services. You also coordinate between different professional categories at the health center and serve as a link between employers and healthcare.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist, preferably with experience in primary care.

You are used to working independently and have an easy time collaborating with different professional categories. You should have good initiative, be flexible, and be open to changes within the area of operations. Personal qualities will be given great importance.
