Are you interested in an exciting development project within the world of education?

We are currently looking for a new colleague who wants to help strengthen the study and career guidance services for our students in Haninge municipality.

The Guidance Unit is a consolidated organization with employees in primary school, adapted school, secondary school, adult education, and the municipal activity responsibility. In daily work, there is a division of responsibilities that means you, as a study and career counselor, have a placement or assignment in the various operations/school forms, but that different development projects can be planned and implemented within the framework of the common organization. This also means that your assignment will change over time.

We are currently seeking a colleague with a placement in primary school.

This is what we are looking for in you

You have a degree in study and career guidance and preferably some years of experience. It is important that you have a good structure. You have good collaborative skills and can express yourself well in both speech and writing. You find it easy to build good relationships. You are innovative and have a good ability to meet changes. You appreciate a fast pace and have a good balance in your daily life.

You are development-oriented and have good communication skills as well as the ability to see the big picture. You thrive in an environment that places high demands on responsibility, flexibility, solution focus, decisiveness, and social competence.
