Vulkan Skandinavia AS is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to help strengthen the company's market position and identify new business opportunities. In this role, you will be a key person in the sales process and responsible for both developing a new customer portfolio and maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will contribute to ongoing projects and support customers in new initiatives. Additionally, you will play a central role in building technical solutions that meet customers' specific needs.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, independent, and has a strong commercial drive as well as being results-oriented. You are structured and analytical, with the ability to identify solutions to complex problems. You have excellent relational skills and a natural ability to build trust and foster collaboration with customers. You will be working with both the Norwegian and Swedish markets.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • An engineering degree, technical college, or other relevant technical background.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably from the maritime sector, industry, or related fields.
  • Experience from land-based industry, shipyards, or equivalent is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Good understanding of technical solutions and the ability to translate these into commercial offers and customer-specific solutions.
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus but not a requirement.
  • The ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented.
