Then you might be the one we are looking for! We who work in healthcare are seeking someone who, together with us, wants to develop the unit within Nässjö Municipality. In our unit, there are many professions that support each other in daily work to provide personal care and service based on the individual needs of the patient. Colleagues in the unit work as specialist nurses, nurses, specialist nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants. Together, we work to provide our patients with the care they need, when they need it, and where they need it.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist nursing assistant in Nässjö Municipality, you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for providing high-quality healthcare. You perform your work independently and in close collaboration with a nurse. Job responsibilities may include taking samples, dressing wounds, managing catheters, and providing support to the individual or their relatives. You also work daily with documentation in our operational system.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified specialist nursing assistant. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with geriatrics, palliative care, elderly care, or home healthcare.

Important qualities that we value in you are the ability to work independently while functioning well in a team and sharing your knowledge and experience. You are attentive and meet patients, relatives, and colleagues in a positive manner. Additionally, you are flexible, responsible, and have the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the organization and actively contribute to its development. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A driver's license is a requirement.

Recruitment is ongoing.

The position is a temporary contract for 6 months with good chances of extension or permanent employment.
