Bostadsbolaget has approximately 25,000 rental apartments distributed across all districts of Gothenburg. This makes us one of Gothenburg's largest landlords and an important part of community and urban development.

We are about 400 people working at Bostadsbolaget. Most work in our residential areas closest to our tenants, while others work centrally in one of our support functions. We have more than 20 different professions represented, but regardless of job role, we all work towards the same goal - to create good and safe living environments together with around 50,000 tenants and our other partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you have an eye for details but also a view of the bigger picture? Are you interested in real estate and management? Do you want to play a role with us for Gothenburg and its residents? Then you can become part of Bostadsbolaget's procurement team as our new procurement officer.

As a procurement officer at Bostadsbolaget, you will work with procurement, purchasing and market analyses, contract and supplier follow-up, as well as procurement and contract support for the company's organization. You will be one of five colleagues in our purchasing department based in the central Gothenburg office.

In this role, you will handle procurements according to LOU, primarily framework agreements but also smaller service and construction procurements. The work is done in close collaboration with colleagues in the purchasing department and ordering requirement colleagues at Bostadsbolaget. You will therefore have close cooperation with our buyers in many different areas, making the work both developing and varied. The role also includes informing your colleagues about new agreements and routines.

The work also involves communicating and collaborating with other companies within the Framtiden Group as well as the Management for procurement and purchasing, Gothenburg City's purchasing center.

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you have previous experience in procurement according to LOU and preferably within property management. You have education in public procurement or have another relevant educational background. You can easily express yourself well in both speech and writing.

As a person, you can see your work as part of a larger context and understand how it affects and is affected by other parts of the organization. You are meticulous, work focused, and care about details, as well as having the ability to make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment. You take responsibility for your tasks and drive the work forward while being flexible in your work. Your good interpersonal and communication skills make it easy for you to collaborate with colleagues, create new contacts, and build trusting relationships. Business acumen is fundamental to everything we do and is a quality we value highly.
